Saturday, Oct8th, in Bickford park (accross the street from linuxcaffe) a spectacular 16mm print of Nosfaratu, the original vampire movie ! bring a blanket and a sweater. The screening and the popcorn are free !
(if it looks like rain, we'll do it inside)
Showtime; as soon as it's dark enough (around 8:15pm)
This is the inagural of what we hope to make a tradition.

Thanks to Andrei and Tosca of nanopod the screening was a smashing (if slightly chilly and under-attended) success !
The print was glorious, the screen bright, the sound system big and bold. Toscas' soundtrack (pumping from an iPod) was, in the words of one audience member, "f*** o** creepy". Nice work Tosca !
The seating arrangement was perfect, and we're gonne do it again and again next spring/summer/fall.
Althought the season has turned the wintery way, and is just a mite nippy for another 90 minute sit-down screening, We're hoping to put together at least one live music performance, in the same spot, before the snow flies.
So thanks to all that helped make it happen, and the hardy souls who showed up to watch !
